Rosamund | Wall Sconce with Wavy Shade and Pull Chain
Rosamund | Wall Sconce with Wavy Shade and Pull Chain
A charming wall sconce with a distinctive wavy shade and convenient pull-chain switch, designed to bring character and warm light to bedrooms, hallways, and living spaces.
This wall light pairs a gently rippled white shade with a smooth gold-toned backplate and arm, creating a look that sits comfortably between vintage charm and contemporary simplicity. The shade's scalloped edge diffuses light softly downward while revealing a warm glow at the edges, making it ideal for spaces where you want a gentle, flattering ambience rather than harsh overhead brightness. The pull chain offers tactile, easy control without reaching for a wall switch, a practical detail for bedside installation or hallway corners where wired switches aren't always convenient.
- Wavy white shade with scalloped edge for soft, diffused light
- Gold-toned metal arm and backplate
- Pull-chain switch for easy on/off control
Versatile placement
Mount this sconce beside a bed as a reading light, flank a mirror in a hallway, or pair two either side of a doorway. The compact footprint and downward light direction make it suitable for narrower walls where a larger fixture would overwhelm the space.
Simple hardwired installation
Designed for direct wiring to your mains supply. The circular backplate conceals the junction box neatly, and the visible brass-toned screws add to the fixture's honest, unfussy aesthetic. Requires a standard E27 bulb, sold separately.
Gold and white pairing
The warm metallic finish contrasts gently with the matte white shade, giving the fixture enough visual interest to work as a feature piece without demanding attention. The combination suits interiors from traditional cottage schemes to pared-back Scandinavian or mid-century settings.
