Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
At the moment, we deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. This allows us to keep service reliable and consistent. If we expand to other regions in the future, we will share updates with our customers.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, with deliveries made Monday through Saturday. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order includes free delivery within the United Kingdom. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no additional delivery charges added later.
Can I return an item if it’s not right for me?
Yes, you can. If you decide a product is not the right fit, you have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. Simply email us at info@ivoralights.com and we will guide you through the next steps.
How quickly are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may take a little extra time to show the refund on your statement.
Do you offer exchanges?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
